Many people see weight loss as a very complicated formula when in reality its very easy
You don't need weight loss pills or any custom made diets. Those are businesses are their first priority is money.
- Don't eat after 8pm-Many people make the mistake of eating late on. Your body is inactive for the next 8-12 hours. All of this food is absorbed and not burned off.
- Don't eat desert- I'm sorry but if you need desert after a meal, your meal obviously wasn't satisfying enough.
- Eat until your satisfied-Many people eat until they can't eat anymore. When you start to feel full, STOP. Remove the food from in front of you
- Set out smaller portions-Its better to put out less than you need than to put more. That excess food will instinctively be eaten.
- Eat healthy- Obviously telling you to eat healthy is ridiculous. If people could just do that they wouldn't have a weight problem in the first place.
